The Timmerman's Black Tie Gala is a charitable black-tie event scheduled for October 2026 (exact date, start/end times, seating arrangements, full menu details, entertainment lineup, and ticket pricing/structure to be confirmed and announced at a later date; all elements subject to change). Location: Timmerman's Supper Club, 7777 Timmerman Drive, East Dubuque, IL 61025. Reservations and ticket sales open in June 2026—limited capacity means advanced booking is strongly recommended and availability is not guaranteed; tickets sold on a first-come, first-served basis by calling (815) 747-3316). Strict black tie dress code enforced—no exceptions, in honor of Helen Timmerman's legendary standards: Gentlemen must wear a tuxedo (preferred) (black or midnight preferred; no colored ties, novelty items, or deviations); Ladies must wear floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or equivalent formal eveningwear (no casual, semi-formal, or daytime attire).
For gentlemen, strict black tie requires a classic black (or midnight blue) tuxedo with satin or grosgrain peaked/shawl lapels, matching formal trousers featuring a satin side stripe, a crisp white formal dress shirt (French cuffs with studs/cufflinks, pleated or piqué front preferred), a black silk bow tie (self-tie ideal, never a long necktie), a black cummerbund or low-cut waistcoat to cover the waistband, and highly polished black patent leather oxfords or opera pumps. Accessories should be understated—simple cufflinks, shirt studs, and an optional white pocket square—with no belts, colorful ties, novelty items, or casual elements permitted. For ladies, black tie emphasizes glamorous evening elegance with a floor-length evening gown or ball gown in luxurious fabrics such as silk, satin, chiffon, velvet, lace, or organza (jewel tones, black, navy, metallics, or deep colors preferred; avoid casual or daytime styles). Pair with heels (closed-toe ideal), tasteful jewelry, a clutch, and optional long gloves for sleeveless gowns—no short casual dresses, jeans, sneakers, or overly revealing outfits. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or require compliance on-site; no refunds or credits issued for dress code non-compliance or denied entry resulting therefrom. Event includes multi-course premium seated dinner, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available for separate purchase per venue liquor laws; responsible service enforced; must be 21+ with valid ID for alcohol; no outside alcohol permitted). Proceeds benefit one or more selected local/regional charity(ies)—nonprofit application period closed March 9, 2026; final charity(ies) announcement expected second week of April 2026; additional on-site donations encouraged but voluntary. This is a charitable fundraiser; net proceeds after expenses support the announced cause(s). Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency or event cancellation) and solely at management's sole discretion; no refunds for no-shows, partial attendance, dissatisfaction with menu/entertainment/views/atmosphere, or changes to announced details. Tickets non-transferable without prior written approval from hosts; unauthorized transfers void tickets. In the event of full or partial cancellation, postponement, or material alteration due to weather, acts of God, government restrictions, venue issues, supplier failures, health/safety concerns, or other force majeure events, hosts may offer rescheduling, credit toward future events, or prorated refund at their discretion—no further liability. By purchasing tickets or attending, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes by Timmerman's Supper Club, or affiliated parties; your image/likeness may appear in future advertising, social media, website, or press without compensation or further notice—attendance constitutes irrevocable consent and waiver of any related claims. Expect an elegant, celebratory, adult-oriented atmosphere (family-friendly in tone but featuring alcohol and late-evening entertainment); respectful conduct required—no disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or actions endangering others; management reserves right to remove attendees without refund. All ticket sales final; prices, inclusions, and terms subject to change until purchase. Void where prohibited by law.
